- 1 hr sufferfest on the bike trainer yesterday. Swim today. Injured foot feeling it now. Ow, ow ... still worth it.
- swimming Friday, stationary bike yesterday. The foot is coming back. 10 days left with crutches and boot though. bullocks!
- Just got home from the hospital; broken foot and all. splint now, cast next week. 6-8 weeks off of it. no swimming. crap.
- Post Mt Si: wine, tylenol, ice.
- Okay. Did my annual Mt Si climb today. Still stopped half way up that frigging haystack. 3451 ft elevation gain and back in 4 hrs 45 min.
- rode my bike to work today. 35 mile round trip. Think I grew me some gills on the way home.
